This is a hands-on role in a growing business committed to delivering the highest quality products to health-conscious consumers. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily production to ensure efficiency and premium quality. Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence. Oversee baking, preparation, and activation processes to maintain consistency and high standards. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control requirements. Optimise production workflow and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate inventory and production planning to meet demand. What We’re Looking For Experience in food manufacturing, baking, or hands-on food production (essential). Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance. Passion for high-quality, natural food products. Strengths You Will Bring Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
