Our mission is to help more people to hear.The Opportunity Cochlear is looking for a Professional Education Manager to join our team based in Sydney.In this role, the Professional Education Manager is responsible for the design and development of educational programs to launch new products and ensure adoption by education of Cochlear staff and customers.Work cross-functionally and in partnership across global and regional teams to create engaging and informative learning experiences that maximize the commercial impact of products and solutions.Responsibilities include: Design, develop and deliver engaging learning strategies and experiences for new product launches. Lead subject matter experts through the process of designing, developing, and delivering education on new products. Develop “best in class” blended learning experiences and assets for professionals. Optimize the use of learning platforms and processes. Drive continuous improvement in delivery of learning solutions that represent the actual needs and use cases of professionals and field staff. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills. Desired Skills Sales/Marketing or Clinical experience in medical devices or pharma.
