About the Role Primary responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the Education Professional Experience Manager and students. Sourcing education placements through networking and industry visits. Maintaining industry partnerships to sustain education placements. Ensuring the learning activities of professional experience units are operated effectively and efficiently. Participation in student allocations process, meeting with students, liaising with placement sites. Facilitating preparation of document completion in the LMS for moderation and final grades. Providing feedback and suggesting potential improvements to the Education Professional Experience program. Selection Criteria To be successful in this role, applicants must address the selection criteria below and attach their response as a separate document in the application process. Degree level qualification in Teaching, or combination of Certificate level qualification and significant experience (a minimum of 5 years). Experience in an early childhood or initial teacher education environment. Experience in a higher education setting (preferred). Committed Christian involved in a local congregation. Experience (3+ years) working in a Primary or Secondary Teaching role or Early Childhood Education role. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment. Proven organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently, to prioritise and meet deadlines. Ability to follow processes to problem solve complex student needs with sensitivity and confidentiality. Technological literacy in a wide range of desktop applications, including software such as InPlace, to support record keeping, reporting and analysis role requirements. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work appropriately with students, faculty, and administrators. High professionalism and presentation to support networking requirements of the role with maturity.
