About the Role As a Professional Services Pharmacist, you’ll be the trusted partner to our IPA members and clients, helping them level up their clinic health services and pharmacy programs. You'll work your magic by reviewing and streamlining dispensary operations to make everything run like clockwork. Your mission? To make sure every client is delivering top-notch, seamless healthcare services that truly make a difference! Role & Responsibilities Partner with pharmacies to elevate and refine their health services, helping them hit business targets through regular, proactive visits or calls. Be the go-to mentor for pharmacy teams, guiding them on everything from streamlining workflows to boosting staff efficiency and uncovering exciting new income streams (like CPA). Share your expertise in one primary clinical practice area while adding value in two other specialized fields—because variety is the spice of life! Spend 4 days a week out in the field, hands-on, coaching and supporting pharmacy professionals to thrive in their roles.
