Key Responsibilities Shadow Supervisors and experienced advisers to observe client interactions. Assist with client documentation and follow-up actions. Crosstrain across departments, including onboarding and annual reviews. Collaborate with your Supervisor to develop suitable advice strategies for clients. Participate in back-office activities and liaise with third-party providers to gather client information. Support clients by providing updates and implementing advice. Support construction and implementation of financial advice covering wealth accumulation, superannuation, insurance, and reviews. Maintain a logbook to track work activities and structured training. Program Highlights Structured Pathway: Transition from direct supervision to independent client engagement over four quarters. 1,500 hours of work activities. 100 hours of structured training. Cross-Departmental Exposure: Gain in-depth knowledge of all areas of the business and the financial advice process. Program Breakdown Quarter 1: Client observations and support to Supervisor/Experienced Adviser. Quarter 2: Supervised client engagement and advice preparation.
