As Australia transitions to renewable energy, we are ensuring the transmission system can deliver clean and reliable energy to support the transformation. You will have an opportunity to make a real difference and leave a legacy. About the opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing business within our Delivery team. The Delivery team oversees projects, maintenance services, and ensures effective project governance and assurance, enabling the rapid growth to support the transition to a clean energy future. You will be supporting multiple General Managers, providing administrative support, diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation and minutes, documentation, and financial processing. About you The role comes with a lot of autonomy, so we're looking for someone who’s a real self-starter with strong time-management skills. You’ll need to juggle competing priorities at times while making sure all stakeholders receive a high level of service. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels to achieve business outcomes. Excellent attention to detail - focus on all areas of a task, no matter how small, with care and accuracy. A current Australian driver’s licence is preferred as occasional travel will be required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 suite.
