In this role, you will have a core role in the hands-on facilitation and implementation of Graduate Futures educational programs, specific those within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Science (FMMHS) and Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE). Reporting to and working closely with the Program Delivery Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders across the community, industry, government and overseas University partners, all in an effort to deliver enriching educational experiences. You will also work closely with Course Directors and Unit Convenors to ensure these programs are effectively tailored and executed, aligning with the strategic goals of the Graduate Futures programs and University standards. Experience working on university-based projects, programs, initiatives centred on employability/careers. Demonstrated capability to effectively facilitate educational and experiential programs , incorporating feedback from participants to enhance program delivery. Proven ability to work collaboratively with academic staff , including Course Directors and Unit Convenors, ensuring programs are tailored to meet educational objectives and faculty needs. Strong skills in engaging with a diverse range of participants, providing support and leadership in educational activities to foster an engaging learning environment. Experience in handling the logistical aspects of program delivery, including coordinating resources and managing schedules to ensure the smooth execution of programs. Demonstrated experience in working with external partner organisations, coordinating efforts to deliver integrated and comprehensive educational experiences.
