We’re looking for a driven professional to take on an exciting and high-impact role based in Melbourne. About the Role: As the Program Director, you will lead the delivery of large-scale Wireless programs of work , ensuring success across scope, budget, and timeline. You will manage a program budget ranging from $300–$500 million , driving strategy, execution, and alignment with business objectives. Your leadership will be key to steering cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the delivery of complex Wireless programs in the Telco industry. Manage program budgets ranging from $300–$500 million . Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Drive collaboration across teams and manage stakeholder communications. Monitor program performance, risks, and deliverables to ensure success. About You We’re looking for someone with: Extensive Telecommunications industry experience , specifically in Wireless programs of work . A strong track record of managing budgets of $300–$500 million . Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. The ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
