Program Director – City of Melton (JN -022025-39368) Melton, Melbourne, Australia Lead the delivery of the City of Melton’s Technology Change Program. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success. Enhance capabilities, lead and promote initiatives and change new digital environments. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Program Director is responsible for the successful delivery of the Technology Change Program (TCP). The successful candidate will work closely with the Council, the Executive team, the Audit and Risk Committee, and other key stakeholders. They will also collaborate and negotiate with vendors and technology partners. The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing, diverse team. Activities will include overseeing the development of project plans, optimizing timelines, prioritizing resource allocation, and establishing robust planning and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of leading and delivering large-scale technology transformation initiatives, as well as successfully transitioning technology programs to business-as-usual operations. They will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, they will be skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the successful completion of this technology program.
