Students Explore Australia Pty Ltd is on a mission to connect young people with nature, as a means of improving their wellbeing. We predominantly achieve this through delivering ‘Accessible Adventures’ programs, school camps for primary and high schools across Australia and working with Aboriginal Health Organisations and communities. Students Explore Australia falls between the tourism, education and community support industries, and operates in most states and territories across Australia. Role Description: In this role, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing assisting parents, guardians, and other support networks of the youth that we serve, when they enquire about our programs. You’ll have phone discussions that help educate interested parties about how our programs work, how they can use their NDIS Plans to fund their child’s participation in our programs and much more! This means, you’ll be working on our ‘Accessible Adventures’ Programs which currently runs in South Australia, Perth and Queensland. This role has become available as we grow our services beyond South Australia, and look to start serving families in more states across Australia, in the summer of 2025/26. Multiple roles are available for the right candidates Roles can be fulltime or flexible part time, depending on the needs of the right candidate. Based at our office on Anzac Hwy, Everard Park SA 5035, some work from home options may be available. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have: An ability to establish a human connection on the phone with guardians, support coordinators and any other support networks of kids An understanding of using computers and general basic administration skills A passion for the outdoors and nature Experience in either the outdoor industries or disability support industry, or perhaps has lived experience in these fields Passionate about genuinely helping families, and driven by contributing to our mission of connecting young people with nature Make a difference in the lives of young people by inspiring them to fall in love with nature, as well as families who see real growth and development in their children (you’ll hear the remarkable stories from parents first-hand!) Renumeration: An estimated average of $80K annual salary, made up of $60k Base rate + uncapped commissions for new participants that are signed up.
