CREATE Foundation's mission includes connecting children and young people, empowering them to have a voice, and advocating for changes in the care system. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Facilitator located in Perth, WA. The Program Facilitator will be responsible for connecting children and young people, empowering them to build confidence and skills, and participating in advocacy initiatives to improve policies and services. The role involves facilitating programs, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall mission of CREATE Foundation.
