About the Role As Program Lead, you’ll take ownership of our MEDLearn Program such as College Learning Series, Pomegranate Health (Podcasts), Medflix (educational video’s) and others, driving its strategic direction, development, and delivery. This is a role that requires leadership, creativity, and a commitment to delivering real impact for our members. You’ll be at the centre of a program that supports over 20,000 members, empowering medical professionals to grow, enhance their capabilities, and provide better outcomes for their patients and communities. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you’ll lead a team, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure our MEDLearn program remains innovative and responsive to the evolving needs of participants.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Shape and deliver the MEDLearn Program Plan, ensuring alignment with the College’s objectives and broader healthcare priorities Partnership Engagement: Develops and managers strategic partnerships in relation to education and continuing professional development products offered by Professional Practice alongside the Growth, Innovation and Performance team. Stakeholder Engagement : Manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Foster structured, sequenced workflows that prioritise quantified needs over ad-hoc requests. Continuous Improvement : Use data and feedback to refine program activities, ensuring they remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with emerging trends. Educational Excellence : Drive high-quality educational outcomes that support members’ professional growth and lifelong learning. Member Value and Innovation : Develop and deliver programs that enhance members’ capabilities, enabling them to improve patient care and adapt to advancements in clinical practice. Leverage shared resources and capabilities to maintain a member-centric approach.
