What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is focused on: Leading Developer Partner Success: Oversee operations to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for our developer partners, from onboarding to strategic growth. Driving Ecosystem Efficiency: Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance functionality and streamline workflows. Discovering New Opportunities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape strategic priorities and unlock new growth areas. Making Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage insights to assess goals, refine processes, and improve performance across the ecosystem. Shaping Strategic Programs: Collaborate with leadership to design developer tiering and incentive initiatives that align with long-term objectives. Managing High-Impact Initiatives: Optimise programs like the Canva App Innovation Fund and developer incentives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success. Scaling Global Operations: Build processes, maintain partner tracking systems, and document policies to ensure scalable and efficient program execution worldwide. You're probably a match if You have experience designing and managing successful partner programs. You’ve enabled partners to deliver solutions that drive revenue, enhance customer engagement, and support growth. You excel at communication, analysis, and organisation, effectively leading cross-functional projects. You thrive in ambiguity, turning broad goals into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes. You bring strong project and program management skills, working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve impactful results. About the team Since 2021, Canva’s Ecosystem Supergroup has been revolutionising visual design and communication by building the world’s most vibrant app and developer ecosystem. We’ve created powerful integrations, seamless workflows, and innovative tools, empowering developers to craft unique app experiences for millions of Canva users. In 2023, we launched the Canva Apps SDK, opening endless possibilities for over 1,000 developers already building within our platform. As a Program Manager, you’ll drive the growth of our ecosystem, nurturing partnerships—from individual developers to global tech leaders—through monetisation programs and exceptional experiences.
