Job Description
Program Manager - ICT & Data Analytics Delivery and Procurement - Canberra Proven track record of 5+ years' experience successfully delivering complex ICT enabled programs in a data and analytics or similar context, to achieve business outcomes and benefits through modernisation and transformation initiatives, driving business change and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Proven ability to communicate with influence both verbally and in writing with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes your ability to drive business change management and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes across a range of internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in creating fit-for-purpose governance structures, plans, frameworks, integrated schedules, budgets and documentation, to drive a delivery culture and ensure delivery of business outcomes and benefits across the organisation. Proven experience in leading and managing complex tender procurements, including preparation of tender documentation, contract negotiation and establishment, and vendor management to deliver ICT enabled business outcomes. Relevant qualifications in Information Systems (or a related field) and a demonstrated understanding of PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile (SCRUM and SAFE) delivery will be highly regarded. Australian Citizen.
