Job Title: Program Manager - Process Standardization Location: Sydney - Preferable not mandatory Job Type: Full-Time / Contract About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate the process standardization exercise across multiple subprograms within our client’s large-scale technology platform modernization initiative. This role is critical to ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the enterprise, driving the successful transformation of our technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Oversee and manage the process standardization efforts across various subprograms, ensuring alignment with the overall modernization strategy. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, subprogram leaders, and external partners, to ensure clear communication and collaboration. Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement process standardization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the technology platforms. Standardization Framework: Develop and maintain a comprehensive standardization framework, including policies, procedures, and best practices. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful implementation of standardized processes. Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the progress and impact of process standardization efforts, providing regular updates to senior management. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of standardized processes across the organization. Training and Development: Provide training and support to subprogram teams to ensure understanding and adherence to standardized processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, preferably with a focus on process improvement and standardization in a large enterprise environment. Skills: Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in process improvement and technology modernization.
