Program Manager - Property Infrastructure Reserve Bank of Australia - Melbourne, Australia Five Year Fixed Term Contract Lead the delivery of an integrated portfolio of physical asset projects Support nationally important operations and infrastructure Leadership role within a dynamic, outcomes focused team Make a difference This role will be part of the leadership team within the Bank's Workplace Department which is responsible for the management of physical assets and the provision of services that together ensure operational availability, security, safety, sustainability and effectiveness of the Bank's physical assets. It can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. Your background Significant experience in large scale and complex project management and delivery Significant experience in managing a portfolio of projects and operating within a structured program management framework Practical experience in successfully delivering projects involving key infrastructure services whilst ensuring operational continuity and effective handover to asset owners Proven project management and leadership experience, leading and motivating teams in a corporate and/or public sector environment. Ability to foresee and add value to complex issues and interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and demonstrate awareness of the impact on operations Extensive experience building trust and confidence by proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels Demonstrated experience in managing external vendors to ensure value for money and delivery to contract obligations and service level expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to overcome challenges and influence positive behaviour. Your team This role will lead a small team of project managers and co-ordinators, working closely with peers responsible for managing critical infrastructure, security and facilities operations.
