We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to join our team and lead impactful initiatives within our Sourcing and Supply Chain team over the next 12 months . Initially, this role will focus on delivering two critical projects in managing and enhancing Value Chain and Digital Product Creation strategies, driving sustainability and innovation. You will work across multiple brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce packaging waste, and implement digital solutions for product development. Key Responsibilities: Map the entire value chain to identify inefficiencies and potential improvements. Identify opportunities for reducing waste, improving sustainability, and driving cost reductions. Develop a programmatic approach to operationalize actions into our day-to-day operating model. Develop and manage a comprehensive roadmap for digital product creation across multiple brands. Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams in digital product creation processes and tools. Lead and manage pilot projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new processes and systems. Key Accountabilities: 10+ years of experience in FMCG, grocery, or retail sectors, with a strong background in supply chain management, packaging, and digital transformation. Proven experience in program management, with a focus on driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. Ideally, a former consultant with experience facilitating workshops, developing communication materials, and presenting to senior leadership. Expertise in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Strong analytical skills and ability to map value chains and identify process improvements. Experience in leading pilots, from planning and execution to tracking outcomes and scaling solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and deliver results in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Embrace uncertainty and change while facilitating and enabling strategic change with clarity, empathy and optimism.
