Program Support Officer (School Libraries) - Business and Strategy - Multiple Positions Department for Education, Children and Young PeopleLibraries TasmaniaBusiness and Strategy Applications must be submitted by Sunday 09 February, 2025 11:55 PM AEST Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 4 $83,011 to $95,547 per annum Employment type: Fixed-term, full-time Region: Statewide The Program Support Officer will work under the Librarian of School Libraries to plan, coordinate, deliver, and promote targeted support for school libraries to improve collections and services in a contemporary school library environment. This department is built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning. Duties The Program Support Officer will assist in planning, coordinating, delivering, and promoting targeted support for school libraries. Period of Appointment ASAP until 30 June 2027 Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
