Job Title – Program and Portfolio Manager Location - Sydney Job Summary: The Program and Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of related programs and projects. This role ensures that the program portfolio aligns with the organization's overall business objectives and that resources are effectively allocated and utilized. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the program portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Prioritize and manage the program portfolio, making decisions on resource allocation and investment. Provide oversight and coordination for the successful delivery of multiple programs. Identify and manage risks and issues at the portfolio level, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Communicate program performance and progress to executive stakeholders, providing updates and recommendations. Lead a team of program managers and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Conduct post-implementation reviews of projects to evaluate client satisfaction and best practices. Manage the workload of project managers and analysts to proactively identify and resolve issues. Drive product development planning activities in support of quarterly operating planning, roadmap, and release planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI, or PRINCE2. Extensive experience in program and portfolio management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
