Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Management Team Lead to lead governance and delivery of a portfolio of projects across the Water and Program Management business in Canberra. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate and lead a high-performing team, fostering an environment where team members can thrive and advance in their careers. You'll also build and strengthen relationships with key clients and industry partners to enhance market positioning and drive business growth. Collaborating closely with Water and Program Management leads across NSW, ACT and the broader ANZ region, you'll help deliver industry-leading solutions across target markets. What will a day in this role look like: Support project and bid team to develop capture plans and winning proposals to win more than our fair share of work; assist with positioning, client engagement and commercial strategy for must wins. Promote a client service culture centred on reliable delivery, technical excellence and great relationships with the aim of achieving repeat business and referrals. Lead delivery of major projects, including project and design management. Lead quality including engagement with regional subject matter experts to drive innovation in technical excellence. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Support to provide accurate and timely reporting of key measurable activities to local and national leadership. Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation. Someone who is passionate about inspiring & motivating teams and employee engagement. Experience in building a high performing team culture that nurtures and recognises talent.
