About the company: A specialised provider of strategic advisory, development consulting, project management, and project delivery services, catering to both national and international clients across public and private sectors. Recent notable projects encompass data centers, hospitals, heavy rail infrastructure, commercial office fit-outs, childcare facilities, and telecommunication exchanges. What your day looks like: Oversee and manage a team of six Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of client projects within the critical environment sector. Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. Develop and implement programme strategies, ensuring projects meet key milestones, budgets, and quality standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Monitor programme performance, produce progress reports, and proactively address risks and issues to ensure seamless project execution. About you: Minimum of 20 years’ industry experience with strong project management skills and process leadership. Proven expertise in critical environment or industrial projects and a solid understanding of building services construction. Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, managing at least 2 PMs and ensuring successful project delivery. Strong business development skills with a history of fostering client relationships and expanding opportunities. Excellent leadership, risk management, and communication abilities to drive team and client success. Remuneration & Benefits: Up to $180k plus super based on skills and experience.
