Job Reference: 947717 About the Role Curtin University is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join the Curtin School of Nursing. This is a part-time (0.4 FTE) opportunity for a fixed-term contract until January 2026.This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to coordinate and implement the Clinical Placement with Older People (CPOP) program. This program supports a clinical placement for nursing students within aged care settings.If you have a passion for organisation and a knack for communication, we want to hear from you!In this role, you will, but are not limited to: Coordinating the Curtin CPOP Liaising with students and industry providers Preparing project reports, data and maintaining documentation and registers. Booking placements and providing oversight to the clinical program, in conjunction with the Curtin academic lead. Resolving operational issues Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely actions and undertaking additional project-related activities. Selection Criteria Qualifications: Completion of a diploma qualification, accompanied by substantial relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training. Organisational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to consistently meet deadlines. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills that facilitate effective consultation and collaboration with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. Written Communication Proficiency: Exceptional skill in producing clear and concise correspondence and documentation. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team environment, showing respect for diverse perspectives, leading and supporting colleagues, taking direction, and working towards common goals. Digital Literacy: Advanced proficiency in digital tools, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
