The Victorian Network Services and Delivery division within AEMO’s System Design Department aims to deliver major Victorian transmission projects, including the $1.7 billion Victoria to New South Wales Interconnector West (VNIW). The VNIW project is crucial for integrating Snowy 2.0 pumped hydro into Victoria’s energy network and advancing the National Electricity Market’s transition to green energy. About the Role: This role offers high-quality project administrative assistance to the VNI West team. Ideal candidates are those who can think on their feet, conduct tasks with minimal supervision, exhibit excellent time management skills, and have a proactive approach to meeting deadlines. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements are 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. What you will be doing: Coordinate meetings, reporting, and team events. Manage interactions with government, public, and private stakeholders. Track deadlines and prepare materials for key forums. Support team visits and Health and Safety activities. Provide administrative support for TCV Regional offices.
