Our client, a leading firm in asset and facilities management consulting, is seeking an Asset Management Advisor as well as a Senior Asset Management Advisor to join their team. This confidential opportunity is perfect for someone eager to provide high-level advisory services, optimise asset performance, and support clients in developing best-practice strategies.About the Role: Advise on Asset & Facilities Management Service Delivery Models Assist with the implementation of ISO55000 or ISO41000 Develop contracting & procurement documentation for FM & asset management services Facilitate workshops and prepare reports including feasibility studies, business cases, and service delivery evaluations Support tendering, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations Guide clients on service performance audits & operational readiness About You: Relevant tertiary qualification in asset management, facilities management, or a related field (construction/engineering) Experience in technical advisory, procurement, and service delivery Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills Membership or affiliation with AIQS or equivalent body (desirable) Passion for driving best-practice asset management solutions This is a unique career-defining role with a highly respected industry leader.
