Ideally, you have experience working on a range of project sizes, from $2M to $50M . Alternatively, you may be a Project Leader to Associate with experience leading projects, managing small teams, and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with a firm that’s expanding. You’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors including hospitality, education, and commercial , acting as a 2IC on projects alongside the Partners. This is a great role for a seasoned Project Architect or Project Leader who enjoys working across a variety of projects from $2M to $50M . You’ll be leading projects and teams of 2–5 people , acting as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, and ideally managing project budgets in time. While they are open to your project experience, hospitality and education experience would be highly regarded. About You You have experience working across all project phases , especially from design development onwards, or ideally, managing projects end-to-end . Whether your background is in smaller firms with varied projects or larger firms with more complex projects , your ability to manage multiple projects at once is key. You’ll typically be overseeing at least three projects at a time, so strong organisational and leadership skills are essential. You enjoy working with great people, take pride in your work, and thrive in a collaborative environment . You enjoy mentoring others and achieving great outcomes for projects and teams. While this is a leadership role, we’re looking for someone with good Revit experience who can step in if needed and understands how Revit works and different approaches to producing drawings . Most importantly, you take pride in delivering great outcomes while providing strong leadership and mentorship . Whether you’re a strong Project Architect or Senior Project Architect looking to step into a leadership role, or an experienced Project Leader or Associate bringing expertise to a growing firm, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. Ideally, You Will Have: Proven project leadership experience – played a leadership role on projects end-to-end, managing project programs and client relationships either as a Project Leader or primary Project Architect on projects 6+ years of architectural experience (ideally with at least 2 years in Australia ). Proactive communication skills – with consultants, clients, leadership, and stakeholders. A collaborative and team-oriented approach – working well with others and fostering a positive culture. A great attitude and approach to people – supportive, natural mentor and solutions-focused. Revit experience – ideally 2+ years . The ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and timelines.
