The Role In this role you will: Manage projects from concept design through to construction Build and maintain client relationships via proactive communication skills Contribute to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff members Demonstrate technical skills using computing platforms compatible with DesignInc’s project workflows (Revit, ACAD, SketchUp, and Enscape) Assist and lead with the production of construction documentation in Revit Build professional relationships by working within collaborative project teams Work across and gain experience within multiple sectors such as Education, Health, Defence, Community, and Recreation Have the opportunity to work on both local and national projects of differing scales Opportunities for professional growth within the practice Your Skills & Experience Registered for a minimum of 3 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree/Master qualifications in Architecture Demonstrated skills using Revit or AutoCAD, Photoshop, Enscape, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word Supervise and coordinate small to medium project teams Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task A solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards Our Team As a multi-disciplinary design studio dedicated to creating people-centric environments, providing a supportive work environment where team members can reach their full potential is important to us.
