About the company ACR are partnered with a number of Civil and Construction Maintenance companies in the Bowen Basin, Australian owned and family run; with a proven track record in successfully completing complex and large-scale projects.With a collaborative culture, the client prides itself on providing sustainable solutions whilst offering a stable working environment and clear progression goals.About the role: As a result of the companies growth and various project wins, we are recruiting both Project and Construction Managers to play a key role in overseeing and managing the engineering aspects of civil and Commercial Construction Projects.This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills and strong project management abilities, with the opportunities being spread across Mackay, Gladstone and Townsville, and a FIFO option from Brisbane.Offering a diverse range of services across the clients, you may be exposed to: Concrete Structures Civil inspections Full construction life-cycle Maintenance Earthworks Pipe works Renovations Design + Construct Commercial - Industrial, Mining Infrastructure, Health, Retail etc. Responsibilities: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. T1 or T2 experience preferred. Ideally a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Experience in either a consultancy or contractor background. Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard. Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management. Provide technical support to the project team and resolve engineering issues as they arise. Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and ensure project milestones are met. Why apply?
