Work with a high-performing team. Growth into a leadership position. The Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Consultant to join our team. In this versatile role, you will work closely with our Sales, Design, and Construction teams, providing vital support across project tenders, client consultations, and supplier management. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growth and be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate, cost-competitive quotations and tenders based on approved designs. Ensure all proposals comply with relevant regulatory and company standards. Understand and analyse Sydney and Greater Sydney market trends. Maintain company and contact details in HubSpot CRM. Meet client requirements with a focus on quality and precision. Prepare variations and consolidate project documents/tenders. Collaborate with suppliers to request and review quotes. Support Sales and Design teams with pricing queries. Review and improve current processes, streamlining workflows. Establish Business Development processes within our CRM tools. Design Brief & Review: Assist design and construction teams with variations and mark-ups. Review construction and joinery drawings. Attend client meetings with Sales Consultants. Sales Support: Conduct cold calls to establish new relationships. Participate in initial client meetings to understand project vision. Organise trade site inspections. Prepare and present project tenders with Sales Consultants. Manage project handovers to the Construction team. Research & Development: Stay updated on recent design trends. Coordinate supplier showcases and product demonstrations. Source stock, quotes, and samples from suppliers. Issue & Risk Management: Liaise with Design and Construction Managers to address project issues. Investigate errors and ensure adherence to proper procedures. About You: Strong background in project consulting, construction, or related fields. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
