You’ll be responsible for providing project reporting, scheduling, and liaison services to support Delivery Managers, Project Directors, Section leads, Program Managers and Project Managers in delivering new infrastructure assets, delivered on time, to budget and within technical and quality standards. This role is based in our Leederville office and will be reporting to the Senior Analyst – Business Systems. Purchase additional leave of up to 12 weeks or work 4 years at a reduced salary and take the fifth year off as paid leave What the role will involve Provide operational and management information reports to communicate the status of projects/portfolio and recommend action to ensure targets are achieved. Provide support to the Delivery Managers, Project Directors and Section Leads through maintenance of portfolio and project status reports, identification of project performance issues and recommend appropriate corrective action. Provide support to maintain the project controls systems, applications, and tools Maintain project information in accordance with the documented business rules of the project controls group Provide project/portfolio analysis and support in scheduling, costing, analysis, reporting and liaison advice and support across programs and portfolios. Provide individual and group coaching and training to improve the Business unit’s understanding and competency of Project Controls functions and activities Key skills and experience Tertiary level qualification in engineering, project management or relevant discipline Experience providing engineering project analytical services, along with multi-disciplinary engineering asset creation projects, project and resource scheduling, project analysis and reporting Demonstrated knowledge of quality engineering project analysis principles and practices Demonstrated computing skills and knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP Software applications, job management systems Demonstrated knowledge of Data Analytics and presentation using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and Power Apps Apply: If you are interested in the above opportunity please submit a covering letter and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.
