About the role Reporting to the National Solution Support Manager, you will be the dynamic go-to person supporting our business development team in the area of furniture projects, with the aim to deliver the best customer experience in off furniture in Australia. Key Responsibilities Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes as required. End to end project coordination/management with all internal and external stakeholders. Liaising with key project stakeholders to complete each project according to its unique set of requirements and clearly communicate expectations with customers and suppliers. Resolve any issues and solve problems relating to the project furniture supply. Be agile and flexible, resolving any issues and solving problems relating to projects. Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Solution Support Manager. About you The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales support and/or project management role. A 'can-do' attitude with strong willingness to learn. Be flexible and agile in your working methods. Think outside the box. High attention to detail and well-organised.
