About the Role - As a project coordinator team member at Big Blue Electrical, you'll be more than just a number or an office person forgotten about. You'll be a key player in our quickly expanding team, from working with management ensuring project stability to working with suppliers and clients to continue healthy execution and relationships. Key Responsibilities: Project procurement and approval processes. Working with our Project Management Software and ensuring budgets are met. Coordinating with Clients and Suppliers. Contributing innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and excellence. The position currently available is a 3 day a week opportunity with flexible working hours to suit the candidate. A full-time option is also available for the appropriate candidate with the desire. The right candidate will have many opportunities to grow and expand into further management positions as they arrive should they have the desire and capabilities! Your role is dynamic and impactful, driving the success of our team from start to finish! Position Expectations Your role goes beyond data entry, embrace these expectations: Efficient job management - finding solutions to work in with everyone. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Strong communication skills and telephone manner. Punctual and solid work ethic. Strong attention to detail. Experience with procurement procedures and approval processes. Comfortable working in a team and individually. Good numerical and analytical skills. A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Desirable however not critical: Previous employment with an electrical or service trade organisation.
