The position will manage risks and ensure stakeholder satisfaction by organizing resources and steering cross-functional teams to accomplish project goals in alignment with the organisational goals.In this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement technology and business solutions that enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.About You We are looking for someone with:Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field with relevant experience, or lesser qualifications with extensive experience in IT projects or a similar role, with a focus on supporting workplace technology. Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering projects in complex organisational environments. Experience managing IT projects in a corporate or similar setting, with a focus on budget and schedule/time management. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience in solving complex problems and engaging with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and other third parties. Highly developed time management skills, and managing diverse teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Ability to support project teams, with strong interpersonal, communication, conflict, and resolution skills. Excellent research, investigative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with strong attention to detail. Experience in contract management, budgets, and tender evaluation. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outcome-based partnerships and an understanding of the relationships and structures in a local government setting.
