We are seeking a Project Coordinator on a temporary basis to support a portfolio of project managers and assist with various project management activities. This includes quality oversight, financial tracking, status reporting, procurement support, and data quality checks in project repositories. The Project Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the IM PMO and assist with consultant hiring processes and related documentation. Key Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Support: Assist in fulfilling the project management lifecycle, including project gates, deliverables, financial tracking, and status reporting. Provide support in reviewing project charters, project change requests, and project completion documents. Data Quality & Administration: Conduct data quality checks in collaboration with Project Support Manager and project managers to ensure accurate project repository data. Assist in tracking project intake, delivery, and status updates via project management systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint). Procurement & Consultant Support: Support the procurement process related to consultant hiring, including reviewing statements of work, purchase orders, and amendments. Assist in finalizing consultant-related materials for procurement processes. Email & Query Handling: Manage and route general email queries related to project management office electronic mailbox (IM PMO). Handle project-related requests and provide administrative assistance as needed. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the Project Support Manager and Project Leader to ensure effective communication and smooth project operations. Provide support on the preparation of project reports and deliverables. Qualifications and Experience: Mandatory Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet is an asset). Experience in project administration and data quality management . Familiarity with British Columbia public sector contracting and procurement processes . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Desirable Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) is an asset. Knowledge of Provincial Health Services Authority supply chain processes is an asset. Work Schedule & Location: Location: Remote work with occasional in-person meetings at Fraser Health’s Central City Office Tower (approximately once a month). #J-18808-Ljbffr
