About the Office UNDA is embarking on an ambitious digital transformation journey and is actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and support this exciting initiative. About the Role This role will work closely with the stakeholders throughout UNDA and the IT team to provide change management, communications, and engagement activities to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to IT change activities. This role will focus on planning and executing change initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of new digital business solutions across the University. This involves identifying the impacted business processes, systems, and personnel and enabling the wide-spread effective adoption of new tools, technologies, and services. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of high-impact enterprise scale projects, new technologies, and processes, integrating the strategies into project plans in collaboration with Project Managers. Produce focused content to support the change implementation including change management plans, communications plans, communication and training plans, and any other relevant artifacts. Operate the change lifecycle from planning to execution and post-implementation support. Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff and students on new IT systems and processes. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and accessible. Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on the university’s operations and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Qualifications, Skills & Experience A relevant postgraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience or extensive relevant experience and equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Extensive experience in IT project change management within medium to large scale organizations including the delivery of large-scale programs of work and enterprise-level projects. Recognized current certification in relevant delivery and/or change management practices, such as Prince2 or Prosci. Experience working in co-located and remote delivery teams, and in teams including a mix of internal and external resources. Benefits Generous training and development opportunities.
