Project Engineer - Cutting Edge Energy Solutions - Sydney Earthstream is partnered with an exciting international business who specialize in developing cutting-edge power solutions for a range of projects, and who are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the team in Sydney. The successful Project Engineer will be responsible for delivering international projects, while working closely with wider engineering and project teams on a variety of energy-focused projects. Key responsibilities Reviewing technical tender requirements and supporting the preparation of technical proposals. Supporting the engineering design and implementation interfaces. Reviewing works at design and implementation stage to ensure that client and employer requirements are being exceeded. Completing necessary documentation of activities during design, implementation, commissioning phases. Ensuring contractual requirements are achieved. Desired skills and experience: Strong understanding of construction projects. Good experience with complex projects involving EHV and HV electrical substations. Experience with power electronics such as FACTS, WTGs, PV, BESS or similar. Strong communication skills and fluent in English. Well-organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar. Ability and willingness to travel internationally. Commutable distance of Sydney CBD. Please get in touch ASAP to be considered.
