Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: Assist the Project Manager in project planning, risk assessment, and aligning engineering deliverables with project goals. Help in developing work plans and monitor their implementation since project start-up. Develop schedules, considering relevant project milestones and deadlines. Request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and prepare pricing evaluations. Help in coordination of surveyors onsite. Support with Permits and Licenses approvals. Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, set priorities to meet deadlines and project milestones. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and to present information clearly. Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form. Willingness to contribute actively in team activities, sharing experiences and ideas. The location of this position is in Australia. We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competences: Degree in Civil Engineering. 3+ years’ experience in Civil Construction (not required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer background including Microsoft Office package and MS Project (Primavera P6 is a plus). What do we offer you?
