Our client is looking for the best of the best to join the team and take ownership of one of the Gold Coast's key engineering teams on an exciting 500m+ development project. The Role Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure project success. Manage the engineering team by setting individual responsibilities, assisting with development, and ensuring overall team performance. Provide leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental management. Review project documents including estimates, design drawings, proposals, and contracts to deliver structural and fitout components of a large multi-million dollar development. Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labor is on site to deliver key project objectives while maintaining quality throughout. Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders in a management role (minimum of 5 years). A trade or tertiary qualification in construction. Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac, and MS Office Suite. Experience developing talent. Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 1 major project environment. Compliance with legislative and policy requirements. What's on offer $140,000 - $180,000 + Superannuation.
