You will:Support the Project Finance Director and CFO in developing and closing complex infrastructure deals. Independently manage transactions and workstreams. Arrange debt and equity financing, lead financial structuring, and secure competitive finance solutions. Engage in risk allocation negotiations and oversee financial documentation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement business models and ensure seamless project execution. Monitor and manage assets, including refinancing and strategic initiatives. ProfileYou will bring:A degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate qualifications preferred). Over 7 years of experience in project finance, PPPs, or energy transactions. Strong financial modeling, structuring, and transaction execution expertise. Previous exposure to infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors. Exceptional commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
