Are you passionate about leveraging data and technology to support major infrastructure projects? As a Project Intelligence Developer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining digital dashboards, applications, and data that support high-impact projects undertaken by the Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID). Working closely with project teams, you will design, build, and maintain reports & applications that provide critical insights, ensuring seamless integration between OMTID, PTA’s Information Management and Operational Systems (IMOS), and Main Roads WA (MRWA) Information Management Branch (ICT). Your expertise in system analysis, performance monitoring, and data governance will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Project Intelligence systems, driving innovation and operational excellence. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the translation of user requirements into innovative digital solutions while managing secure data access and report deployment. You will foster knowledge-sharing within the team, contribute to system enhancements, and ensure best practices are upheld across digital initiatives. As a key technical expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders to launch new solutions into production, uphold IT governance frameworks, and refine project intelligence strategies that shape the future of transport infrastructure. To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong background in information technology, with either a relevant qualification in progress or significant recent experience in a technology role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and a solid understanding of data warehouse design, reporting tools, and dashboard development. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and perform complex analytical work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a customer-focused support and development team.
