As a Design Leader, Project Manager, and Project Director, you will drive the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects, while providing mentorship to developing staff. This leadership role is vital for delivering high-quality, technically advanced projects and fostering key client relationships. The Opportunity Lead and manage the delivery of large, complex projects within the Transport sector, including highways, rail, and maritime. Drive the successful coordination of design teams across multiple offices and disciplines. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities. Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and financial performance of projects. Provide mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and development in design leadership. Is this role right for you? A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or a similar discipline, with a membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership. Extensive industry experience in major infrastructure and buildings projects. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. A passion for excellence and a track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects.
