Join a team that values innovation and growth. DOO you have what it takes? What you’ll be working on: Lead and ensure the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within allocated budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Oversee resource allocation, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct project meetings, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Handle project documentation including contracts, schedules, and reports. Maintain high standards of project governance, ensuring effective decision-making and accountability. Lead the project team in problem-solving and conflict resolution. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification holder is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the financial services industry or online platform. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Jira , etc. Strong understanding of project management methodologies in Agile or Waterfall . Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
