About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for driving project success to join our global Information Technology & Automation Solutions (ITAS) team. As the Project Management Lead, you will represent the ITAS Operations Portfolios Project Management Office, guiding and empowering project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes while managing PMO processes across global operations. Key Responsibilities Maintaining project management frameworks : Stay current with industry trends and contribute to the adaptation of the ITAS Project Management Methodology (PMM) frameworks. Evolving Project Management Information System (PMIS) : Contribute to continuous improvement and streamline user interactions with this information system while meeting enterprise needs. Coaching & supporting the ITAS community : Adapt project management requirements and provide expert guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with PMO standards. Contributing to ITAS improvement initiatives : Apply project management skills to help ITAS improve its internal processes for consistency and excellence across all projects. Delivering on PMO objectives : Create value by applying the appropriate level of project management and understanding customer needs. What You Can Bring to the Role Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a similar field, coupled with a Project Management certification. Knowledge and experience of both Predictive and Agile project management approaches. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups. Business acumen with a flexible approach to achieving positive outcomes.
