We are seeking a proactive individual to lead a ground-breaking new project with a strong possibility for the role to transition to permanent. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of consumer-facing digital products (websites and/or mobile apps). Facilitate Scrum ceremonies within Agile squads, ensuring smooth project progression. Manage project budgets while balancing scope, time, and cost constraints. Oversee internal and external dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive project reporting to track and communicate delivery status. Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues in a timely manner. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring successful collaboration. Support requirements-gathering processes, creating clear and prioritised backlogs. Produce functional requirements documentation with input from design and technical leads. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in managing digital projects end-to-end for websites and/or mobile apps. Expertise in Agile delivery, particularly within a Scrum framework. Strong proficiency in budget management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards. Experience refining backlogs and aligning them with stakeholder expectations. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to influence project teams and stakeholders to align on decisions that drive project success. A track record of improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and boosting product quality. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven mindset. A collaborative team player with strong leadership skills. Adaptable, accountable, and solution-focused. Willingness to support tasks outside your direct remit for team success. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with occasional time spent in the client office alongside Pulselive colleagues.
