Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division in Canberra as we seek a driven, highly skilled and competent, NV1 cleared, APS6/EL1, Project Manager to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers. About you Previous experiences in project management Previous experiences with stakeholder management Previous experiences with Operations-related activities, including the creation, distribution, and management of communication materials/artefacts Previous experiences with creating Project Plan, Risk Plan, and Change Management Plan Hold an NV1 clearance About the Role Work closely with business units, technical specialists, and external partners to achieve project objectives. Strategically plan and manage activities to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. Oversee the delivery of project results in alignment with architectural, program, and financial goals. Create and maintain essential project documents, such as project plans, progress reports, and benefit management records. Develop a communication and change strategy to engage stakeholders, align expectations with project goals, and realize ROI and benefits. Conduct risk management activities to ensure compliance with governance standards, supported by thorough reporting. Build, sustain, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to encourage valuable input. Demonstrate a strong understanding of individual change processes, support change sponsors and their teams, and ensure project ROI through effective change management. Apply knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR), including conducting change assessments and tracking/reporting on implementation. Establish and maintain robust relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure project success. Provide confident coaching to business owners and change management teams on best practices. About Us Why work for Vertical Scope Group?
