Fredon Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - AV/Technology to join our growing team in Underwood, Queensland. This full-time position is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex audiovisual and technology projects within our diverse construction portfolio. What you'll be doing Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of AV and technology projects, from initial client consultation through to final commissioning and handover Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project execution Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations Manage project resources, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure timely and quality project delivery Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions to address challenges that arise during project implementation Provide regular progress updates and reporting to key stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures What we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the AV/technology sector, ideally within the construction industry Proven track record of successfully delivering small to medium projects on time and within budget Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and leading a team Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of AV and IT systems, including design, integration, and commissioning AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification is desirable Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field desirable The successful applicant will need to provide contactable references and undergo a pre-employment medical.
