Ansvar's Strategy and Change team is looking for a Project Manager with skills and experience in delivering technology-related projects. This role will require the successful candidate to have a strong skillset in technology, including system implementations, data warehousing, and M365. The scope of this role is broad and hands-on, with the successful candidate expected to be involved in all aspects of the project, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including vendors. Candidates must be prepared to attend the office 3 days per week. Key responsibilities Oversee the successful planning, coordination, implementation, and execution of an allocated portfolio of projects:Ensure effective planning of project requirements prior to implementation in alignment with Ansvar’s Change Portfolio Management methodology Successful coordination and implementation of project requirements Successful execution of specific projects in line with agreed deliverables Drive 'Benefits Delivery' to ensure maximization of benefits included in the Material Change initiatives Analyse requirements of business functionality and effectiveness Build flexible partnerships within the business and with a range of teams to deliver and embed change Facilitate and contribute to Ansvar achieving our strategic objectives Knowledge, skills and experience 7+ years’ experience in a Project Management capacity Previous experience in GI or Financial Services industry preferred Advanced experience in the development of Project Plans, Project Schedules, Resource Management, Change, and Communication plans Strong experience in technology-related projects and data warehousing solutions Working knowledge of JIRA (Atlassian) Strong communication skills to a wide range of people, internal and external Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage expectations Understanding of the Australian general insurance industry and willingness to learn about Ansvar’s core markets Highly disciplined with excellent planning and time-management skills What we offer Learning and Development opportunities Employee Referral Program Flu Vaccinations Reward & Recognition Program Competitive Parental Leave Arrangement Purchase additional Annual Leave opportunity Wellbeing and Birthday leave A range of Wellbeing and Safety benefits available to colleagues and their families Volunteering opportunities provided throughout the year Flexible working conditions are part of our DNA, enabling colleagues to collaborate effectively while balancing personal needs Community Education Grant Program – Ansvar staff can participate in the review and selection of Grant recipients each year Participation in Ansvar’s short term incentive scheme About us Benefact Group is a unique international financial services Group made up of over 30 businesses.
