If so, Holmesglen Institute invites you to join our team as the Applied Research and Innovation Project Manager. As the Applied Research and Innovation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of applied research within Victoria’s TAFE network. Your leadership will drive the implementation of the Care Economy Applied Research and Innovation Program, positioning Victorian TAFEs as an innovation partner for industry and community organisations within the care economy. Key Responsibilities Implement the Care Economy Applied Research and Innovation Program, focusing on applied research relating to the care economy. Develop and implement strategic research initiatives and frameworks for the care economy. Build capability and foster collaboration among TAFE researchers, industry, and government stakeholders. Promote the Care Economy Applied Research and Innovation Program through effective communication strategies. Mentor researchers, develop professional networks, and champion a culture of innovation. ABOUT YOU Experience: Proven track record in managing applied research projects, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, with a flair for innovative problem-solving. Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Victorian TAFE network, applied research processes, and industry trends. Qualifications: A PhD, doctorate, or master’s degree in a relevant field.
