In this role, you'll: Work with our Planning, Integration and Passenger division to manage the development, implementation and evaluation of complex underutilised or non-operational Transport assets to create and implement a disposal pipeline to enhance Transport's contribution to the economy and regional communities. Manage the disposal of surplus land and assets, identify and prioritise the land for divestment, and work closely with stakeholders including service providers and property professionals. Support developers and private landowners seeking to develop land adjacent to the regional rail corridor while ensuring that potential impacts associated with the development are adequately assessed and addressed. This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months. About you: You are an experienced property, project management or town planning professional looking for your next opportunity that will allow you to create positive place outcomes for NSW. You have a strong understanding of property assessment activities, including conveyancing, valuations and divestment of state government assets. You are highly organised and a strong collaborator, able to work autonomously with demonstrated experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
