Job Description
Bellwether provides Project Management and support services to private and government clients right across Australia and beyond. Our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds and bring with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia’s biggest and iconic civil infrastructure projects. We're after Project Managers to assist with building, construction, and maintenance projects for state government. Experience working in a Facilities Management or Project Management role on capital works programs in galleries, museums, or heritage buildings would be advantageous. Brisbane CBD based position. Contract duration is up to 2 years (12 months with a 12 month extension). Key responsibilities / requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in the delivery of building projects (mandatory) Tracking of project status Stakeholder management Preparation of procurement material (including planning, sourcing, evaluation and contract management) Schedule/Program management Acting as accountable officer and lead for each project’s delivery team Manage tender processes including evaluation Ensuring procurement and probity requirements are met Your Resume should include: your personal mobile phone, email, residential home base suburb and current assignment/employment end date or notice period.
