This role offers the opportunity to manage innovative projects that shape the future of the mining and resources sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects to achieve contracted obligations and a successful outcome. Manage projects from early design phase to manufacturing and Factory Acceptance Test completion, including procurement, client liaison and reporting, cost control and internal reporting, schedule management, logistics, and project closeout. Prepare internal and client weekly progress reports and update Schedules. Liaise with clients in a timely and cordial manner. Lead project meetings (internal and external). Prepare work scopes and packages for procured items, manufacture, and assembly. Provide commercial and contractual support during the project life cycle. Prepare and submit Variations. Organise logistics for transport of equipment and supply. Manage and maintain project filing system in accordance with the Company’s standard structures including all project correspondence and documentation. Ensure Company Quality Standards and Contract specifications are met. Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery and beneficial commercial outcomes. Assist with the compilation of tenders and tender documentation as and when required. Assist with the preparation of Project Reports, IOM Manuals and Manufacturers Data Reports. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Company Quality requirements. Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification, and competence level. Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Project Management. Tertiary Education (Bachelor's Degree) will be desirable. Essential Criteria: Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management. Demonstrated Project Management experience in original equipment manufacturer and fabrication packages. Good communication skills with the project team and other stakeholders. Excellent computer literacy skills, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project. Exposure to Work Safe and AS/NZS4801 safety standards. Exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Work Rights in Australia. Desirable Criteria: Experience in understanding and using Primavera Scheduling/Planning software. Ability to effectively lead internal manufacture teams and set working standards by example. Sufficient experience leading project teams. High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
